I have been so sad that ever since I have returned to Finland following my trip to the US, the mothering.com message boards have been down for renovations.  :(  I miss them so much!  I feel less like a crunchy, strange, female creature there, and more normal!  I've been wondering lately... am I the only woman in the world who wears lipstick, and is all-around a girly girl, who not only believes that women should want to stay home with their babies, but also believes they should be conscientious in everything they do (i.e. create as little waste as possible to help leave a better planet behind for their children)...?  I feel torn between the sphere of  'Moms at Home', 'Crunchy cloth-diaperin' slingin' AP mamas', and 'Mainstream, I-understand-why-you-just-have-to-have-12-Coach-bags  Mamas.'  Am I the only one who fits the bill on all of those counts???
I'm so weird.
